To all,
After Joe's post in the previous topic I put to schedule a meeting, I read the paperwork and realized I made a mistake. The permits are due by December 1st, so I am rescheduling the meeting a week later to give people time to put it on their calendars. I am sorry for the mix up.
I have the lake permit requests from Fish & Game. They have to be in by the beginning of December, so please attend the meeting if you want to vote on the lakes.
We will be having our meeting on Monday, October 22nd, at 6:30 pm at the Alley Kat Grille at Park Place Lanes in Winham, NH. We will be picking lakes for next year, discussing Federation Dues, and any other club business that needs to be taken are of. If you are planning on joining the Federation, or staying Federated, please show up to support the club. The federation rosters need to be in to the Sate by the November meeting according to an email I received from Dave Duffy.

Reggie - Do we need to bring money to the meeting if we plan to remain FED or can we hold off a bit on bringing the $$? C U Saturday!
-
There are people who fished the team tourneys this year that want to be federated. It is important for those of you who mentioned it to show up at this meeting. I will also be letting those that made boater for next years stqt know.

Chris,
If you have the money now, definitely bring it. We have to have the updated rosters in to the State by the November meeting, so no sense waiting till the last minute. As far as I know, it is still $80.00 total for the State, National, and TBF/FLW dues. See ya Saturday.

Reggie is correct. The dues will stay the same, we discussed potentially raising the state dues but thought better of it due to the economy. So please bring your check books as I will be collecting the monies and updating our rosters for both clubs. Assassins, and hunters. Reg and Tracy, we can do a conference call to go over how we want to balance the clubs as it sounds like the team side is going to be adding fed members which is great!! See you all Saturday!!
-
I just found out the team side is dropping 2 people. Justin Souther and Andy Duffy are dropping out. I am going to call all the members to see who is staying federated, just in case they can't make the meeting.

Mark no it was great to see you get involved I am glad I got to meet you and you brought some valid points to the discussion. I will be giving you the federation tag on these forums so you will have access to the federation board and can get caught up on the years meeting notes, so exciting! ;D lol

Thanks bro I'm happy to be involved

Mark,
It was awesome having you there with new and fresh eyes and ears. It was very helpful to have someone new give insights that some of us may miss having been involved or so long. Sometimes it takes someone looking in from the outside to help us see the fog through the trees. You are a welcome addition to our club. We look forward to having you aboard.
