ALL,
The awards cookout is coming around the corner and I would like start enaging logistical support with cookout. I plan to start a list asking folks to sign up and bring something to the cookout to help both clubs' accounts. Trying not to go to the clubs' account to support the cookout so when the list comes out please sign up to bring something or even offer to bring something that isn't on the list.

Why don't we make a list of things we need then anything else would just be bonus. There is no reason why we would need to dip into club funds if everyone does their part.

Also a head count of who will be going will also be a good thing to have so we know how much of everything we need. See below for list of people who will be attending.

Awesome job stepping up everyone. If there are some things I've forgotten please post it up. Also if someone comes on here and is going sees one person bringing 3-4 different things and they are not bringing anything. Maybe reach out to someone and ask to help them out with some items.

Bobby - Honestly I haven't a clue yet on how many burgers and dog rolls we will need. I am figuring about 30 people to show if I had to guess. I am planning to gab about that many burgers and dogs

Spoke with Henry and we are set. IF you all can put 44 Chase Road, Londonderry, NH 03053 in your GPS. Pull down the driveway and park in the field on the left side of the driveway and then walk across the field to my house. Henry's field is big enough to park a good dozen plus cars. Let hope the weather holds up!
I would like to have people show up say 12:30 - 12:45 and say 1:00 will be go time with the grill.

Tracy - where do you stand on the team side for numbers to attend? I just bought 30+ bugers and same for dogs. I think that should be more than enough with all the other food items being brought by others.

What the heck is a buger? Wish i could give you a good answer. At this point it only looks like about 6 people but i will put something on the board. I think your right though,there will be plenty of food.

Mark - the address is 44 Chase Road, Londonderry, NH. The Grill will fire up at 1:00 PM so show up about 12:30- 12:45.
