To all,
Just a reminder that we will be having a cookout at my house to give out the trophies for the 2011 trophy winners. We will also be having a brief club meeting after the trophies to discuss any last minute things we need to before the season starts. See the attached list to see who the winners are. The cookout will be from 12 pm - 3 pm on April 1, 2012. The rain date will be the following week if necessary. My address is as follows:
36 Brown Hill Rd.
E. Hampstead, NH 03826
We will be having burgers, dogs, soda, and water. If you would like to bring along a salad, desert, or anything else, you are welcome to do so. All donations are welcome. If you have any questions, please call me at 603-234-4488, or 603-974-2563.

Reggie is this for club members only or can you bring the wife ? :-*

Your wife is more than welcome!! Be happy to meet her. All memebrs are welcome to bring a guest if they would like.

Reggie - if there is a rainout, I assume the cookout will be held on Saturday 7 April not Sunday 8 april which is Easter. Not that I am a devout catholic, but i am just looking for clarification. I will be late on Sunday 1 April as I have a military commitment and hope to wrap up by 2 pm.

Chris, hopefully we get to see ya there! We will save you a burger 8)

Thanks Joe I am going to be there even if I am late. Hopefully I won't miss the meeting after.

Chris, you are correct about Easter. Thanks for the heads up. The rain date will be Saturday the 7th.
Also, when you get to the house, you can pull straight in on the front lawn, or slightly angled to fit as many vehicles as possible. You can then pull along side the portable garage beside the house in 2 rows. The driveway also holds up to 7 vehicles if parked right.
If someone wants to bring some soda, I will pick up a case of water.
See ya all Sunday

Based on the replies, it looks like we need about 4 hamburgers!! It makes it really hard to plan for this when people don't reply.
Please check back on Saturday afternoon to see if I post something about having to change to the rain date. Weather looks a little iffy right now.

Hey Guys,
Unfortunately won't be able to make the cookout, have a family commitment.
Reggie, maybe you can give my trophies to Tracy so that I can pick them up at one of the team tourneys or the Monday tourney at Northwood (if I can take the day off)?
Thanks,
Andy Duffy
