A WASTE OF TIME/SQUAM
« on: August 28, 2014, 10:17:56 AM »
Yesterday I ran the next to last midweek on Northwood lake and had one boat show up.
Due to this the Squam tourney will be the last midweek I will ever run and that's if I get at least
10 people that commit to doing that tourney otherwise I will cancel it. I was going to give up on
running tourneys during the week this year until I found out I was getting Wednesdays off and it
seemed that people wanted to do these tourneys. The only one with A good showing was Newfound,
otherwise it has sucked big time. If it sounds like sour grapes on my part I guess it is.
So here it is. If you plan on doing the squam tourney next week please post that you intend on being
there. If I get at least 10 boats We will have the tourney,If not then I will cancel the tourney.
hope everybody has a great labor day weekend.

Tracy - I am sorry to hear that, I planned to fish all the mid-weeks and put in for time off for all, but due to work I've had to cancel several.  Yesterday was a prime example, I had a last minute conference pop up so I wasn't able to make it there.  Currently, I have put in for the time off for the Squam Tourney, but I can't definitively say that I will be there.  If you do end up cancelling please let me know.
Bad day of fishin' beats a good day of work anytime!!
