I don't believe so the way I understand it is only bodies of water that are viewed as separate lakes are included. A bay is still part of the lake it's located within.  The state views Squam and Little Squam  as two seperate bodies of water connected by a "river" or "channel" Ossipee and Danforth Ponds the same.

Please correct me if i'm wrong...

Plenty of good fishing left on ossippee. Iv'e never gone into danforth durring a tourney and have cashed more than one check there,
including lunkers.
 Don't know if we could get these rules changed. guess we will just have to write our representitives.

When I spoke to NHF&G last week, the three BOW involved are Squam/Little Squam, Ossipee/Danforth, Wentworth/Crescent.
Milton three ponds for now they are treating it as the Milton Water shed, OK for now, and they are going to taking another look at Winni (Paugus Bay, Back Bay, maybe Lee's), but its OK for now also
