I think it's ridiculous. Even if you're someone who doesn't salt water fish, this is just another example of government trying to meddle in people's enjoyment of the outdoors. Local and federal governments waste so much tax payer money on nonsense issues. I wish they would spend more time on important issues rather than coming up with ways to bribe people.
