Rescheduling Awards Cookout
« on: March 31, 2012, 01:06:59 PM »
To all,

Mother Nature is not playing well with us, so I am going to reschedule the Awards Cookout and Trophies till next week.  I am sorry for the short notice, but I don't want people to be cold and miserable.  I would like this to be a fun time. The weather is supposed to be really nice next Saturday, so here are the details.

Date:  Saturday, April 7th
Time:  1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Where:  36 Brown Hill Rd., East Hampstead, NH 03286  (you can put this address in Google maps for directions)

People are still welcome to bring anything you would like for pot luck.  Tracy and I have burgers and dogs, and several others have volunteered to bring something.  Also, I have quite a few chairs, but your welcome to bring your favorite camping chair with you too.  If you have any other questions, please call me at 603-234-4488.

Please reply to this email if you plan on attending so we have an idea of how much food to plan for.

As I replied to the original date, I will be there for next Saturday.  I will bring some sort of desert, unless someone has another suggestion.  Probably a little late, as I have to bring my son to work at 1:30 PM.  See you all around 2PM.

A great huge thanks to all who came to the cookout today.  There was plenty of food and good friends to enjoy it with.  Thank you to all who donated as well.  The food was great!!  See you all on the water in a couple weeks.
