Its just how we decided to do it. Instead of making it a completely closed club it was decided to leave 4 tournaments opened to those that are not federated with us. By paying the one time membership fee you are able to fish all 4 opens. We as federated members must pay the membership plus the extra $80 to the federation. This extra $80 creates the opportunity to fish the other 4 events.
